De fabrication française, les cafetières FLEXEO sont réalisées dans un matériau spécifique (dont nous nous réservons la recette), résistant au LHM.

Conçues pour les Citroën DS et ID, plusieurs mois de développement ont été nécessaires pour finaliser ce nouveau produit qui s'ajoute aux produits durables du catalogue FLEXEO.

En fidèle collaboration avec la Société DS REPAR et le fabricant, nous avons ajusté et amélioré la conception des cafetières d'origine pour une adaptation parfaite sur votre véhicule.



Face à la demande importante des passionnés et des Clubs DS (Idéale DS etc.), nous sommes fiers de proposer un produit 100% français pour une icône automobile française.

Aussi, nous sommes heureux de pouvoir répondre à la problématique des garagistes et propriétaires de DS qui vont pouvoir s'éviter des démontages prématurés de leurs cafetières neuves achetées chez différents spécialistes.

Nous réaliserons très bientôt une vidéo de la fabrication de nos cafetières depuis l'usine, que nous publierons ici sur la fiche produit.

In the majority of cases, our products are developed in-house. That is to say, they are subject to specifications followed by strict quality control to obtain (or adjust) the right diameters, angles, lengths and other technical aspects of our products during remanufacturing.

Before being marketed, our products are tested and mounted on vehicles in real conditions.

Since our creation in 2015 and after 5 years of experience , we work directly with production plants, called “factories” . This ensures control of production plans , the quality of the materials chosen as well as rapid after-sales service if necessary.

Our replenishment times are on average 45 days and those for custom manufacturing are around 60 days. More than 1000 new customers trust us each year and our network of manufacturers offers the possibility of carrying out prototyping, medium and large series.

Our silicone hoses are guaranteed for life (upon presentation of a professional installation invoice). All our other products have a 2-year legal warranty from the date of purchase.

And our answer is this: the overall cost varies depending on the project, i.e., the number of parts to be manufactured, manufacturing difficulties, tooling costs, etc. We have a document that reflects the process and costs associated with each stage of production. Don't hesitate to ask us by email.

Our family business is made up of 2 people: Adrien and Lucy. You will therefore communicate each time with one of the founders of Flexeo, whether it is for advice or the management of your orders (after-sales service, reservation, delivery, etc.)!
