Our silicone hoses are guaranteed for life (upon presentation of an invoice for installation by a professional). All our other products have a legal guarantee of 2 years from the date of purchase.

This is the question we get asked most often. And our answer is: the overall cost varies depending on the project, i.e. the number of parts to be manufactured, the manufacturing difficulties, the cost of tools, etc.
We have a document that reflects the process and costs related to each stage of production. Do not hesitate to ask us by email.

You will therefore communicate each time with one of the founders of Flexeo, whether it is for advice or the management of your orders (after-sales service, reservations, delivery, etc.)!
Concerned about satisfying our customers' demands, we always act as if it were for us, it's our motto, our DNA.

To open a Professional account, it is very simple. All you need to do is send us a KBIS extract of less than 3 months and make a purchase of at least €250 excluding VAT. You will become eligible for the 10% professional discount valid all year round with no minimum purchase.

For higher discounts, you will need to place a stock order or purchase a batch of products. The discount will be adjusted based on the amount in the cart or the number of identical products (resellers).

Half of our turnover is made with Professionals, meaning that we grant attractive discounts when the financial efforts are made by our customers. We do not look for resellers who do not wish to stock and do not practice drop-shipping.
